Comprehensive SafeStairway Warranty
SafeStairway is backed by a comprehensive warranty.
- 10 years on the aluminum modules and steel parts
- 3 years on the power supply (converter/battery back-up)
- 1 year on the actuator
A warranty information packet is included with each stairway. Builders simply need to instruct their homeowner to complete and submit a warranty registration card, which is included in the packet. Homeowners will then be registered into the SafeStairway warranty database.
